Return & Refund Policy
Client asks for money back procedure via support team of our website.
Client must tell all the details about the purchase so that we are able to identify the exact transaction number.
Client must confirm in support ticket that he’s not using the product and did not handle this product or to 3rd party.
We notify client in support ticket that refund was sent
False information given by the client or using the product again after money back policy procedure was completed is considered as a violation of money back policy
and we reserve a right to charge the full amount for the product for the period used by the client.
In this case, an invoice will be sent to client’s address.
